Consultations are conducted in the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.

I always come for a second consultation, that way you know that you will see me again. Your guarantee that we are working to solve your dogs problems together.

A consultation normally lasts around 2 hours.During this time I will assess your dog and you, concentrating on how effective the communication between you is.I will then show you how to communicate to your dog; what behaviour you do want and how to stop the behaviours that you don’t like.

I concentrate on giving you, the owner, the skills that you need to have a happy relationship with your animal.

You will find your consultation time fun and relaxing and when you see what can be achieved in a couple of hours you will be confident and excited about the future.

Following the consultations I will send you a set of training notes that aim to jog your memory about our time together and the discussions, and instruction that were given. They serve as a reference point for yourselves.

Within a month I will be back for the second consultation and following this I will call or e-mail you after a couple of weeks to make sure all is going to plan.

Following a consultation you have a free back up phone or e-mail service for life.

Travelling expenses are agreed at the time of booking your consultation. I am happy to travel to help you and your dog with in a 100 mile radius of home.
