I contacted Clare when I was having trouble with my terrier, Nietzsche. Neetch is a GS/terrier cross from the Dogs' Trust, and she had a number of problems that were making life difficult for me. She suffered from separation anxiety, and would trash the house every time I left her alone for longer than two minutes. She also barked constantly and soiled the house, chewing up window blinds and pulling the bins over. By the time I called Clare, I was at the end of my tether and was almost ready to take Neetch back to the Trust to get her re-homed elsewhere.
I met with Clare for just one morning. She was friendly and completely understanding, and didn't judge me at all for being a bad owner. She taught me how to be a great pack leader with Neetch, which resulted in her walking well on the lead for the first time in just one session. She provided outstanding advice and support, both in the session and in the following weeks as I underwent my training to be a great owner!
Between Clare and Neetch I have learned a lot about being a dog owner. Neetch has transformed now into a secure and happy (and extremely obedient) girl who is an absolute pleasure to own. I've taught her all sorts of tricks now, on top of her knowing how to behave well. I can't thank Clare enough for the support and skill she showed me. Without her, I would have been lonely and Neetch would have been homeless.
I would always be happy to recommend Clare to anyone who is having trouble with their dog, as she transformed our lives.
